On the afternoon of August 26th, the Guotai Group Talent Strategy Advancement Symposium was held on the fourth floor of Building 2 in the Guotai Building. Members of the Group's Party Committee and Board of Directors, Chairpersons and General Managers of various companies, as well as leaders of the Jiangsu Guotai and Ruitai New Materials offices and HR managers from various companies participated in the symposium. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Bin, Co-President of the Group.

During the meeting, Co-President Zhang Bin reported on the total number of employees and personnel changes in various companies over the past three years. He provided a summary analysis of the average age of employees, gender ratios, the number of partners, and the annual income of new university graduates across the companies. Chairpersons, General Managers, and HR managers of various companies exchanged views on the current status of human resources, recruitment, talent development, and retention, and they also made relevant suggestions.

In his closing remarks, Chairman Zhang emphasized that Guotai's development history has repeatedly proven that human capital is the primary capital beyond monetary capital and that talent is the fundamental and true driving force behind Guotai's century-long success and innovative development. The talent project is a top-level systematic project of Guotai, and the continuous investment in human capital is about enhancing resources rather than consuming them. Only effective investment in human capital can promote efficient output on the market side. The Group will closely observe and evaluate the introduction, development, and retention of high-quality talents in each company and business department.
