Recently, the China Association of Listed Companies carried out an activity to create best practices cases in corporate governance. The group participated with the theme of “Improving corporate governance, strengthening risk prevention and control, and achieving high-quality development.” After rigorous selection and review, the group’s case was selected as one of the “Best Practices Cases in Corporate Governance of 2023” by the China Association of Listed Companies, and was included in the “Corporate Governance Report of Chinese Listed Companies” compiled and published by the association.
