In the morning of February 28, Centralized Commencement Ceremony for Projects in the First Quarter of 2022 in Hi-tech Zone (Tangqiao Town) & Guotai Center · Guotai R&D Center Commencement Ceremony was grandly held. More than 20 people attended the activity, including the Chairman of Guotai International Group Zhang Ziyan, President Chen Xiaodong, CEO Zhang Bin, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Tang Zhufa, director and vice president Jin Zhijiang and other senior executives of the Group as well as main principals of companies directly subordinate to the Group.

The President Chen Xiaodong said in his speech that Guotai will take the opportunity of integrated development of the hi-tech zone and the high-speed rail hub industry city to promote transformation and upgrading, realize the strategic objective of "forging a century-old Guotai in the spirit of adherence and innovation" and develop an international first-class comprehensive company characterized by the integration of trade, industry, technology and financial capital brand as well as high accumulation of talent and brand in the spirit of adherence and innovation. 

Guotai Center and Guotai R&D Center cover a total land area of 57,333m2. Guotai Center possesses one 33 layers of office building, covers a ground floor area of more than 100,000m2 and an underground floor area of 39,000m2; Guotai R&D Center possesses three R&D buildings, covering a total floor area of 24,000m2. The project aims to build a one-stop platform integrated with R&D, big data center, staff center and office cluster.
