On February 18th, the group held the 2022 annual executive office meeting in the Ju Xian Hall of the Guomao Hotel. Directors, supervisors, and senior management of Jiangsu Guotai and Ruitai New Materials, as well as chairpersons, general managers, and executive vice general managers of directly affiliated companies, and heads of departments of the headquarters of Jiangsu Guotai and Ruitai New Materials attended the meeting, which was hosted by the group's joint president, Zhang Bin.

The meeting reported on the operating conditions of the group and its companies in 2022 and January 2023. At the meeting, the leaders of Jiangsu Guotai and Ruitai New Materials, the main responsible persons of each company, and the heads of relevant departments of the headquarters exchanged views on the work situation in 2022 and the next work plan.

Chairman Zhang Ziyan emphasized the importance of the cultural guidance of values in his speech, stressing that "operating in compliance with laws and regulations, improving internal governance, fulfilling social responsibilities, and promoting the common development of employees and enterprises" are the fundamental purposes of Guotai Group. It is necessary to persist in strengthening the construction of the "four pillars and eight columns" organizational system and institutional system; to persist in strengthening the ideological and style construction of the leadership team; and to persist in taking the path of high-quality and sustainable development.
