On March 21st, the signing and unveiling ceremony for the cooperation agreement between Guotai Group and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, including the establishment of the "Jiangsu Guotai Fund" and the "New Energy and New Materials Joint R&D Center," was held at the Minhang campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

The ceremony was attended by Zhang Ansheng, Standing Committee Member and Vice President of the Party Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fan Chunhai, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Dean of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Cai Jianfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Zhangjiagang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Zhang Zhiyan, Chairman of Guotai Group, Zhang Bin, Co-President of Guotai Group, as well as relevant leaders from the municipal government, Guotai Group, and Ruitai New Materials.

After the establishment of the joint R&D center, two research bases will be set up in the Fengxian District of Shanghai and the Zhangjiagang Bonded Zone to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of Guotai Group.
