On May 13th, the Guotai Group's 2022 Annual Summary and Advanced Collective Commendation Conference was held in the Guotai Hall of the Guomao Hotel. Nearly 1000 people attended the conference, including directors, supervisors, and senior managers of Jiangsu Guotai and Ruitai New Materials, heads of various departments of the group company and Ruitai headquarters, middle-level cadres of deputy section chiefs and above, and partners in service.

The meeting was chaired by Chen Xiaodong, the President of the group. Zhang Bin, the Joint President of the Group, made a report on the Group's business operations in 2022 at the meeting. President Chen Xiaodong announced the "Jiangsu Guotai Group 2022 Advanced Collective Commendation Decision" and the "Jiangsu Guotai Group Pioneer Model Flag Award Decision".

The Advanced Collective of 2022 established seven awards: the Enterprise Management Award, the Model Company, the Company Efficiency Award, the Special Model Team, the Model Team, the Excellent Team, and the Advanced Collective of Investment Factory. Fifty advanced collectives won awards. Zhang Ziyan, the Chairman of the Group, Zhang Bin, the Joint President, Tang Zhufa, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Jin Zhijiang, the Executive Vice President, respectively presented awards to the winning advanced collectives.

As the model among the advanced and the flag among the models, Huasheng Industry Shengtian Branch, Guomao Industry Huahong Branch, Guohua Industry Third Branch, Hanbo Industry Second Branch, and Hanbo Industry Seventh Branch won the title of "Jiangsu Guotai Group Pioneer Model". Zhang Bin, the Joint President, delivered the award speech and Chairman Zhang Ziyan presented the flag.

At the meeting, representatives of the Jiangsu Guotai Group Pioneer Model, Zhu Ronghua, General Manager of Huasheng Industry, Zhou Weifen, Manager of Guosheng Industry Third Branch, Ma Xi, Deputy General Manager of Huabo Import and Export, Wang Xiaodong, Manager of Guomao Industry Chemical Industry Department, Shen Jun, Manager of Huasheng Industry in Myanmar, and Zhu Xiaoxin, Market Director of Ruitai New Material and General Manager of Guotai Huarong, each gave speeches.

Finally, Chairman Zhang gave a speech on "The Development Strategy, Organizational Transformation, and Incentive Policy of Guotai Group", in which he made a deep explanation about the group's overall strategic guidance, organizational transformation and institutional innovation, and incentive policies.

This conference also set up sub-venues in each company and major investment enterprises at home and abroad. Chinese managers and foreign key employees in Myanmar Industrial Park and various overseas factories participated in the meeting via video link.
