On June 19th, Da Jiaxiang, President of the Jiangsu Provincial Chamber of Commerce, along with Chen Shu, Chairman of Huihong Group, and a delegation of 11 people, visited Guotai Group. The delegation was received by Director Zhang, Co-President Zhang Bin, Executive Vice President Jin Zhijiang, and others.

During the symposium, Co-President Zhang Bin provided an overview of Guotai Group's recent operational status, the development of trade and industry integration, and relevant information regarding overseas expansion.

Director Zhang introduced the historical evolution of Guotai Group's development, the current organizational structure, and internal governance. He emphasized that the overall requirement for internal governance within Guotai Group is to operate in accordance with the law and regulations. The Group has implemented strict internal management, including the establishment of a system for appointing financial managers in subsidiary companies and a system of twenty-four negative lists, among other internal management measures. The company's articles of association have also been modified to impose binding restrictions. Furthermore, Guotai Group has consistently strengthened the construction of its organizational structure and enhanced supervision over its subsidiary companies.

Chairman Chen Shu and other leaders from Huihong Group engaged in discussions and exchanges regarding the management of overseas factories, performance evaluation and incentive systems, talent development, and other issues.

President Da Jiaxiang highly praised Guotai Group's achievements and pointed out that the growth and development experience of Guotai Group is worth learning and emulating for other enterprises. He expressed gratitude for Guotai Group's long-term support to the chamber of commerce.
