On July 22nd, the meeting was held at the Juxian Hall of the Guomao Hotel. Attendees included directors, supervisors, and senior executives of Jiangsu Guotai and Ruitai New Materials, as well as chairpersons, general managers, and executive deputy general managers of various subsidiary companies. Heads of departments from the headquarters of Jiangsu Guotai and Ruitai New Materials also participated. The meeting was presided over by Co-President Zhang Bin.

During the meeting, the economic performance of the Group and its subsidiaries for the first half of 2023 was reported. The main responsible persons of each company and relevant leaders of the Group presented summaries and reports on the business and operational developments for the first half of the year. Chairman Zhang Ziyang of the Group delivered a concluding speech, expressing that the achievements in the first half of the year were hard-won and the result of the concerted efforts of all Guotai staff.

Regarding the next steps, Chairman Zhang emphasized two key points. First, it is necessary to achieve explosive growth for subsidiary companies and further expand and strengthen them. This entails improving and deepening the partnership systems and employee incentive mechanisms of each company, promoting organizational transformation, and ensuring continuous progress for cadres and staff. Second, efforts should be made to further advance overseas expansion and the integrated development of trade and industry. This includes formulating unified management guidelines for overseas companies and production enterprises, and systematically establishing rules and regulations to provide strong support for the integrated development of trade and industry.
